The tag is the first thing people scan in the list, so choose it with care.
House style
- One topic per discussion. If a reply wanders somewhere new and interesting, open a new discussion and link back. Threads that try to be about everything end up being about nothing.
- Links come with a reason. A bare URL is easy to skip; one sentence on why it matters is not.
- Search first. If the topic already exists, reply there. Context is precious and scattering it is a waste.
- Chat is for the quick stuff. The panel on the side is perfect for a joke or a did you see this?. Discussions are for what is worth finding again next month.
Not sure where something belongs? Post it here. If there is a better room for it, someone will say so and you can open it there.

Forum is the best format, thanks for standing this up.
Amazing. I prefer forums over the feeds that are also on nostr; unfortunately, they mostly consist of attention farming content, it's the nature of these feeds, with or without algorithm. I would love to have a forum that goes beyond bitcoin and nostr, something for sovereign individuals where we can discuss freedom tech and other stuff in general. But I like this place here as a start. Thanks for building it.

Yes, it's NIP-29 so it is based on a specific relay, that is relay.nostr-proto.org

Agora here is not the project's name, it's just a room, and it makes sense in the context of nostr-proto.org server. It is the client's responsibility to display the group name clearly and understandably.
