Does buying real estate solely for financial gain make sense in a post-Bitcoin world?
It's a scarce asset, so yes I think so. There will be one heck of a correction first though.
After some thought, it still makes sense. What I do see is a resurgence of care across the board. Negligence will be called out. Excellence will be a must on both sides—tenant and property management
