It's a scarce asset, so yes I think so. There will be one heck of a correction first though.

After some thought, it still makes sense. What I do see is a resurgence of care across the board. Negligence will be called out. Excellence will be a must on both sides—tenant and property management

Real estate should never be bought for financial gain because it is immoral to speculate in property prices as it causes stress for everybody without properties and it also causes income disparities. Rent-seeking is evil. Buy, borrow and lend cryptos instead - keep housing cheap and ubiquitous.
