Welcome to Help, where nobody rolls their eyes. Lost keys, backups, picking a client, notes that vanish, zaps that spin forever: bring it all. Everyone here was new once, and most of us still hit something puzzling every week.

Pick a tag when you open a discussion

• question — the default here, and there is no such thing as too basic.
• report — you are fairly sure it is a bug, not a misunderstanding.

How to get a great answer fast

• Name the app in the title, for example Fevela: notes from a friend never load. Helpers skim titles for what they know.
• Tell the story: what you tried, what you expected, what happened instead. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
• Mention your setup when it matters: phone or desktop, browser extension or bunker, which relays.
• Never paste your nsec. Not a piece of it, not just to check. Nobody who helps you needs it, and anyone who asks for it is not helping.
• Close the loop. When it is solved, reply with what worked. The next person with the same problem will thank you.
